I am a massage therapist. I have been one for quite some time now and I have worked for several clinics prior to the one I am working for now. Most of the clinics I have worked for also offer home service and since this service is quite popular to many clients, usually there are more of us going about into town to people’s houses, than staying in the clinic and waiting for people to walk-in.
It is not unusual for us to serve back-to-back clients too. With a lot satisfied clients the clinic has become very popular.
A month ago, our manager introduced a brand new policy with us. She said that our boss had purchased an employee scheduling software to be able to facilitate the way clients are distributed between all therapists. She said that is a very efficient program and all we have to do is to log on and check and to confirm attendance once the entry has been received. She also mentioned that we will be receiving alerts on our mobiles as well, so we do not really have to constantly wait online just to know which client to go to next.
In my long years of working, I have never seen a system as efficient as this one by on-schedule.org. All our clients are arranged for us and all we have to do is to take note of it, it is so easy! Everyone gets an equal amount of clients to serve and we have equal opportunities at acquiring tips, because everyone knows that tips mean a lot to us.
